This essential oil is extracted from fruit peel by cold pressed. Blends well with clove, ginger, sandalwood, frankincense. Physical Benefits Good for colds, flu, fluid retention and obesity. Eases bronchitis, and has a calming effect on stomach, aiding indigestion. It also helps constipation. Mind and Spirit Sedative, warming properties make it helpful for depression or nervous tension. Cautions Do not use on the skin in direct sunlight. It can be an irritant on sensitive skin. It is thought that it may increase the likelihood of tumor growth if applied directly to tumor areas. So please avoid : skin cancer, broken or sensitive skin, very fair skin exposure to sunbathing , eczema or other skin complaints. However, you can counteract the irritant side of it by blending it with ylang ylang or frankincense - both very soothing oils on the skin.
