I love this book. It does have so much wonderful information, great recipes for various blends, a fun and enlightening look at the different individual personality types. A must-have for soothing the emotions. Many mental states both positive and negative included.

The Fragrant Mind falls into three parts.

Part one presents a background to the subject, an explains how essential oils works.

Part Two shows how essential oils can enhance emotional well-being and promote positive feelings, and includes a practical A-Z section which advises on a wide range of emotional problems, from stress and depression to moodiness and insomnia.

Part Three introduces a whole new concept in aromatherapy - personality enhancement - and explains the particular characteristics of individual essential oils and how they can be matched to human personality types.

With 400 pages, this book is definitely interesting reading. you won't feel bored.

If you're looking a complete recipes for your emotional condition. Then this is the one!
