Suffering from Shingles

Can you possibly help? I have been suffering with the after effects of shingles for the past 19 months. Although the shingles cleared within a week, the nerve ending still give me agonizing pain. this is on the inner side of my left arm from the wrist up to the arm pit which is rather sensitive.

I have been having acupuncture treatment at the pain clinic the pain is still there which has a painful burning effect and last for hours at a time.

Is there is oils that you could recommend to easy this pain?
