The second approach is to change the meaning of stress to you. This can be done at a more mental and emotional level. So if the stressing factor is causing you to feel anxious and tense, try to change your perspective towards it. The last approach is to accept the stress and adjust your life style to reduce its impact. Many times there are instances from our past where we have live through the stress till it eventually went off. Think about those to help you tide over the current stressors.

When you are sitting idle, your body is well tuned to get depressed and stressed out. A short burst of exercise like fast walking, jumping or even stretching can change everything quickly.
