Hello, Aromatherapy can be used on all ethnicity's to increase blood flow and nourishment to the follicles. This can help stimulate new hair growth and improve the condition of existing hair, as long as the follicles are still alive and undamaged. I am unclear on this part of your question: "I desire to have a head full of thick to the middle of my long hair" If your hair is not growing long because it is breaking off it is important to identify and correct the cause of the breakage. Hair that breaks easily is usually due to over-processing but can also be caused to internal conditions. If it has never grown long because of a short-growing phase, essential oils can help somewhat but not dramatically. Each person's hair grows between 2-6 years before falling out.
