Scented product

A lady brought me , I think...an oil with scent in it. It was called Pink Sugar, but...I don't know what this process is called, and I want to learn how to make it. Do you know what it's called?

It was oil based and it was scented and it rolled on. Do you know what it's called and where can I find out how to make it. Thank you.
