Rose water is the extract that is obtained at the latter part of the distillation process. This residue of the distillation is good for application and is known as Rose Hydrosol.

Rose hydrosol does exist, of course, but many of the products on the market are synthetic and produced for use in the food and flavor industry. So when buying rose hydrosol please be careful to only buy organic hydrosol from reputable supplier.

How to make Rose Aromatherapy Hydrosol Spray

Add 1 part of hydrosol to 3 part of water and put it in a sprayer. Shake well before use.

How to make Almond Milk Cleanser

You will need:

20 Whole Almond
1 cup water
2 ounces Rose Hydrosol
4 drops geranium essential oils
1 ounce vegetable glycerin

Directions:

Soak the almond overnight and peel them. Blend with water until they are liquefied. Strain to remove the residuals. Add hydrosol, geranium essential oils and vegetable glycerin to the almond milk. Shake vigorously before use and keep it at fridge. This cleanser can last up to 2 weeks.
