Neroli Oil

Hi, just a quick question: i have a friend who recently lost his job and his is feeling very depressed/Anger & hopelessness. I purchase some neroli oil could you please tell me what oils i can blend with this and how many drops
of each. to help with this situation.

Blends well with Chamomile Roman, Coriander, Geranium, Clary Sage, Jasmine, Lavender, Rose Otto, Ylang Ylang, Lemon and other citrus oils.
