I have Eden Lamps and would like to make my own oils.

I like using my Eden Lamp, but I don't like the scents Clair de Lune carries and they are closing their stores in Ontario, thought it would be fun to make my own scents.

Hi,

I am not sure if you can use eden lamp as aromatherapy diffuser. But eden lamp's works same as lamp ring - using heat from lamp to diffuse the oil. However, the different between them is lamp ring is made from terra cotta while eden lamp made from glass (it looks like glass the way I see it from their site).

If you want to use eden lamp to diffuse essential oils please remember that the heat may destroy certain substance of essential oils and it may effect the therapeutic benefit of the oils.
