How to Deal With Stress Using Aromatherapy
How to deal with stress using aromatherapy? Yes, I've already write an article about Aromatherapy for Stress But since I've through a lot of experiment, I've decided to write once again about stress relief tips using aromatherapy. I will use 3 essential oils to make the blends, which are:
Fennel will give you strength and courage in distress, Geranium will acts as a tonic to the nervous system, reducing anxiety and depression, while grapefruit has an overall balancing, uplifting and reviving your qualities that makes it invaluable during the stress. With this three essential oils, You'll make a synergistic blend with it. Just blend 1 drop of fennel, 3 drops of geranium and 2 drops of grapefruit. And How to deal with stress using this synergistic blend? Well, you can use for a body massage. Just add 15 ml of carrier oil with that blend, and you're ready to relax. Another option is you can put that blend in Aroma Diffusers and vaporize it, or make an aromatherapy bath salt. Use Epsom salt or dead sea salt and mix with synergistic blend above. To use just sprinkle in the bathtub. If you have stress in the workplace, why don't you create your own perfume using that synergistic blend? Check my tips for Make Your Own Perfume Or you can make your own perfumed bath foam. Try to use 500 ml of unscented foam bath and add 5 drops of fennel, 15 drops of geranium and 10 drops of grapefruit. Mix together in a blender. squirt the mixture in the bath while the taps are running, to bring up the foam. You can use it for your own or make as a "stress relief gifts". This whole idea is to get you feel better and relax afterwards. Article source from Aromatherapy Solutions by Veronica Sibley
