Kava is one of the most important herbs for stress relief. It is known as Piper methysticum and has been widely used for stress relief and anxiety, cured insomnia, eliminated pain, and restored stamina and the spirit.

As an effective diuretic and anti-inflammation, kava can cure many serious illnesses, including urinary tract infection, the pre-menstruation problems, migraine, the digestion problems, cystitis, and bronchial problems like asthma and tuberculosis.

Precautions

Not to be used while pregnant or nursing. Not recommended to be used by those under the age of 18 or those with a pre-existing liver condition. Excessive consumption may impair ability to drive or operate heavy machinery.
