This essential oil is extracted from its flower by Steam distillation

Blends Well With: Bergamot, black pepper, chamomile, citrus oils, clary sage, clove, cypress, geranium, juniper, lavender, mimosa, neroli, oregano, palmarosa, rose, rosemary, tea tree, thyme, vetiver, ylang ylang.

If this is the case then combine 1% of Helichrysum oil with 15 % of Flax seed oil and 84% of hazelnut oil. This mixture can be applied to the scar one week after operation. Applied 2 to 3 times per day for 3 to 6 months to see significant results.

Other than flax seed and hazelnut oil, Rosehip Seed Oil, Olive oil or Sweet Almond oil works well with Helichrysum oil.
