Botanical name : Citrus Paradisi.

Origin : Israel.

Scent : bitter and sweet citrus aroma.

Note : Top.

Blends well with Lemon, Bergamot, Palmarosa, Rosemary, Neroli, Cypress, Geranium, Lavender and Cardamom.

Grapefruit extract is the substance obtained by cold pressing the peel of the plant's fruit. This is identified as Citrus x paradise Macfad in the Family Rutaceae.

The extracted chemical form the fruit is characterized by greenish yellow in color and the scent it emits is similar to that of sweet orange essential oil. It is somehow different from the latter because the taste of the extract is bitter and is herby.

The Grapefruit oil has been proven to dissolve fat in the body. If massaged to areas, this substance is capable of greatly reducing the presence of adipose tissues that stored fat in the human body.

Grapefruit essential oil helps regulate the oil production of the skin reducing the risk of infection due to bacterial proliferation.
