Make your own essential oils blend for eczema
To help control eczema, you can bath in Calming bath daily, Apply a skin compress to the affected areas daily, Several times each day you can apply body oil/cream to the affected areas to reduce inflammation and to promote healing.
Essential oils aromatherapy blend for Calming bath:
1 cup cornstarch (optional)
2 drops chamomile
2 drops geranium
1 drop elemi
Disperse all the ingredient in the bathtub with warm water and soak for 30 minutes.
Essential oils aromatherapy blend for Skin cooling compress:
1 quart cool water
2 drops chamomile
1 drop helichrysum
1 drop lavender
Pour the water into 2 quart of glass bowl and add the essential oils and blend. Soak a clean cotton cloth in the water and apply to the affected areas.
