Yes, you can find many aromatherapy recipes in this site. And if I made a page like this, then did all the recipes in this site were hard to make? The answer would be "No".
This page is about to create easy and simple aromatherapy recipes from 11 essential oils only. There are around 100+ essential oils out there and for the beginners, they confuse on what essential oils to buy and where to start. This page will help those taking their first steps into the wonders of aromatherapy.
You don't need to buy a lot of essential oils. Just only 11 essential oils that I recommend and you can make blend recipes ranging from aromatherapy recipes for your mind to aromatherapy recipes for your house.
The essential oils that I would recommend are:
Lavender
Eucalyptus Globulus
Grapefruit
Peppermint
Rosemary
Orange
Roman Chamomile
Juniper Berry
Geranium
Tea Tree
Ylang Ylang
Apart from these essential oils, you will need 2 carrier oils which I use a lot in these recipes. Those are Sweet almond oil and jojoba oil.
Other ingredient that you might want to buy are: Emulfisier and Unscented talc.
Those recipes are comes from birch hill happenings. If you like their recipes, you can buy Aromatherapy Recipe Book from them. There are over 200+ recipes in their book. The Aromatherapy Recipe Book using Pure Essential oils Volume 1 is divided into Three Parts and is over 90 pages long and includes areas for you to add a few notes or recipes of your own.
Part One - of the Aromatherapy Recipe book is a basic introduction in therapeutic Aromatherapy. What it is? What are Essential oils and where they come from? And a section on Essential oil safety. The last section of Part one is about blending, including measuring and helpful equipment and essential oils used in the recipes
Part Two - are the recipes. Over 200 of them. In various categories from diffuser blend and room sprays, to blends used for respiratory conditions, blends for the home and garden, first aid, including bumps and bruises, blends just for women, and ones for the romantic sides of you! Over 27 different categories!
Part Three - the Index - This is one of the important parts as it lists each oil used in the recipes and the recipe page they can be found on.There is a category listing of each recipe by it's name! How important that is when you can remember the name - oh wow!And also a list by the categories in the book (kind of a repeat of the Table of Contents page.)
