Chronic Sinusitus

I've dealing with allergies and sinus issues most of my life, but the past few years I've been suffering from chronic sinusitus and its very painful.

I've had migraines since I was 9 yr. and I'm now in my 40's.
So needless to say I'm tired of head pain.

I'm trying to make a switch to natural therapies and treatments.
My health is not great and I'm fed up with all the RX's
and steroids etc, etc.
