Can i use myrtle essential oil if I have vertigo?

My doctor has prescribe medicine and I also take supplements. But I want to try aromatherapy. what essential oils do you suggest?

Not sure if you are asking if Myrtle will work for Vertigo or if you just want to use it even though you have vertigo.

In my reference materials I find no information where any essential oil can help with Vertigo. Please understand that it doesn't mean there aren't oils out their that might help, it just means I have no documented evidence.

Depending on the cause of the vertigo Illness such as upper respiratory infections or ear infections may be able to be helped by using any number of essential oils to help with swelling and inflammation caused by the infective agent (bacteria or virus). Again, if the cause is due to a trauma (hit in the head for instance) again, you would use essential oils to help with inflammation etc.

Don't always think of the actual condition but the symptoms- maybe you can use an essential oil for the symptom of the condition and that in turn will help you recuperate from the actual ailment or condition.
