Bergamot Essential Oils Profile

Botanical name : Citrus Bergamia.

Origin : Italy.

Scent : Fresh citrus aroma.

This essential oil is extracted from the fruit peel by cold pressed. And blends well with other essential oils.

Physical Benefits

Sedative, yet uplifting. Used mainly for infections, depression and anxiety. Excellent for skin care, helping with psoriasis, acne, eczema and varicose ulcers. Helpful as a preventative for cystitis and ongoing illnesses.

Mind and Spirit

Bergamot regulates the nervous system, relieving nervous depression and anxiety, and helps with frustration, encouraging the release pent-up emotions. It's good to use whenever you feel "stuck" in your life, as it has a lightening and moving quality, which also helps to reduce addictive urges.

Cautions

Do not use if the area of application will be exposed to sunlight for 24 hours due to its photo toxicity.
