6 Easy Aromatherapy Recipes For Your Mind:

  • Office Blend - Afternoon pick me up!
  • Sweet Dreams - a pillow spray

Office Blend - Afternoon pick me up!

A drop or 2 of Lavender and Grapefruit placed in your desk top diffuser or on a cotton ball.

Sweet Dreams - a pillow spray

You'll need:
  • 15 ml of distilled water
  • 2 drops of Lavender
  • 1 drop Chamomile
  • 1 drop Orange
  • 1 drop Ylang ylang

Shake well and spritz on pillow cases. Let dry. Great for your guests.

Shoo the monster away bedtime spray

Bedtime sprays for Children (and adults too) Often times children and adults have a difficult time drifting off to sleep or darkness can make the night a 'scary' place.

Make a Bedtime Spray of a mix of the following essential oils in a 8 ounce bottle of distilled water.

  • 12 drops Roman Chamomile
  • 12 drops Lavender and
  • 8 drops Orange
  • 30 drops of Emulsifier

This mixture is good where "monsters' hide too!
Mix the Essential oils with the Emulsifier, blend well then add to the distilled water, shake well before spraying!

Stress Buster

You'll need:
  • Lavender − 6 drops
  • Roman Chamomile − 4 drops
  • Ylang Ylang − 4 drops

Blend these oils together in an amber bottle. You can easily double or triple this recipe.

This blend is wonderful to use in any personal diffuser such as the Terracotta Disc that can be set next to your work are or in a Personal inhaler. Inhale as needed.

This blend of oils is very calming and will help you relax and feel happy.

Sweet Dream Blend

You'll need:
  • Roman Chamomile – 3 drops
  • Orange – 3 drops
  • Emulsifier Oil – 10 drops
  • Distilled water – 4 ounces

Blend the essential oils with the Emulsifier until mixed well in a 4 ounce PET plastic Spray top bottle. Then add 4 ounces of distilled water. Shake often while spraying.

Spray this blend on Pillows and Sheets prior to bedtime. This blend is a nice relaxing, yet refreshing blend. Especially good after a hectic day of sight seeing!

Sleepy Time Bedtime Spray

You can spray this on bed linens earlier in the day or you can spray in the room shortly before retiring. If you have over night guests, this may help them drift off to sleep more easily in your home.

  • Roman Chamomile - 4 drops
  • Lavender - 5 drops
  • Orange - 4 drops

Blend with 4 ounces of water in a spray bottle. Shake well before each use.
