Essential oils used in aromatherapy are used in a variety ways and one of them is massage. These essential oils if diluted with carrier oils can be applied to baths and will benefit to your skin. It works just like a moisturizer.

Macadamia Nut oil is one of the expensive carrier oils due to its quality of fast absorbability to the skin without residue. An alternative that is not as expensive is Sweet Almond Oil.

For very dry skin you may use carrier oils that are intensive moisturizers like Jojoba or Avocado oil. With these as components the skin must be left softer and moisturized when applied.

For minimizing scars or stretch marks you can use Calendula oil as carrier oil for the blend. People have noted a quick absorbency of the skin with this carrier oil. It may be fused with Jojoba for combination skin types.

Some example of Aromatherapy oils for Massage Blend :

For Cold Relief: You need 5 drops of each eucalyptus, lavender and tea tree essential oils

For a night dream massage: You need 6 drops of chamomile, 4 drops of each jasmine and rose essential oils

For a temptation massage: You need 6 drops of tea tree plus 4 drops of each marjoram and peppermint essential oils

For a soothing stress massage: You need 6 drops of each lavender and chamomile plus another 3 drops of petitgrain essential oils

For an erotica massage: You need 8 drops of each ylang ylang and jasmine essential oils

For floral scent massage oil: You need 8 drops of each jasmine and lavender essential oils

For anti cellulite massage oil: You need 5 drops of each rosemary, lavender and juniper essential oils

For PMS Relief Massage Oil: You need 5 drops of each marjoram, clary sage and ylang ylang essential oil

How to make aromatherapy oils blends:

To make a blend: Put all the essential oils in the dark glass bottle and add 30 ml of any carrier oils

To Use : Shake the bottle, pour the oils in you hand and Warm up oil before doing any massage including your fingertips.
