How to make your own aromatherapy neck wraps
and using it at the comfort of your house.

The aromatherapy wraps can bring plenty of benefit to soothe aching your neck, your shoulder and upper.

You will need :

• 2 drops Lavender essential oil
• 2 drops Bergamot essential oil
• 1 drop peppermint essential oil
• 2 Cups hot water

Method : Mix together. While still warm, soak a soft cloth, flannel is best, in the water and wring it out. Wrap it around the neck . Cover with a towel to hold in the heat.Remove before it becomes cold. Repeat as desired.
