This essential oil bath recipe is composed of natural fruit extract and essential oil that best complements the citrusy tang of Lemon, Peppermint. Peppermint essential oil has a very notable characteristic to stimulate the senses that makes it perfect for easing Jet Lag. Peppermint is also good for sinusitis and allergies as well.

This recipe is a combination of 2 cups of mineral water, the extract of 1 lemon and up to 2-3 drops of the peppermint essential oil.

Method:
