Aromatherapy Bath Recipes
Peace of Mind Bath Salts
This bath recipe using :
Geranium (pelargonium graveolens)
Rosemary (rosmarinus officinalis)
Orange (citrus sinensis)
Spearmint (mentha spicata)
Ingredient:
- 2 cup fine grain sea salt
- 3 tbsp dendritic salt
- ½ teaspoon Rosemary essential oil
- ½ teaspoon Geranium essential oil
- ¼ teaspoon Orange essential oil
- 1/8 teaspoon spearmint essential oil
- 14 drops liquid dye red 33
- 6 drops liquid dye yellow 5
Instruction:
- Add the Rosemary, geranium, Orange,Spearmint essential oil to the dendritic salt , Blend well until the aromatic oil was absorb by the dendritic salt. Please use a large bowl to mix it.
- Add the sea salt and blend it well until the scent is distributed evenly throughout the recipe
- Add liquid dye colour altogether and stir well.
- Your bath salts are done and ready for packaging
Note: Please use a stainless steel bowl or glass mixing bowl to blend the ingredient
