What is aromatherapy and anxiety ? Anxiety is a feeling of unease. The situation is like when you having exam or having an interview for a job that you desperate want. Those situation are called mild anxiety and It’s normal to feel anxious when facing something difficult. The psychological symptoms can include: insomnia, feeling worried, tired and anger. Excessive anxiety is often associated with other mental health problems, such as depression. Aromatherapy is about using essential oils that will provide the therapeutic benefit to a person suffering from anxiety. How aromatherapy and anxiety connected ? Aromatherapy can help in many ways, For example, when you are feeling afraid, you can enjoy the physical and emotional benefits provided by an aromatic bath. By bathing in tranquil and nerve calming herbs, you can fight fear naturally and release tension and anxiety. Or you can create a massage to relax your muscle and also gain for your psychological benefits. Using aromatherapy is only help the patient for their psychological effect only such as help to relax ,have a better sleep, and regain their strength from their hectic day. The feel of your body gently being massaged helps to relieve tension and can leave you feeling so refreshed. To make your own delightful massage oil, use six drops orange essential oil, six drops of Clary Sage along with three drops of Frankincense. Mix these essential oils with 1 ounce carrier oil, and enjoy the massage. For Relaxing Bath : You can add 10 drops of Roman Chamomile to a hot bath for a relaxing and soothing bath.
