Put 5 – 6 drops of those essential oils in a diffuser, or just buy an aromatherapy candle or you can make aromatherapy bath product yourself using one of these blends recipes to curb some of your stress, and fend off any tendencies to eat or drink the wrong ways.

Aromatherapy Massage is probably the best method to rid away your stress! Essential oils must be used with carrier oils like sweet almond, which makes oil less strong and easy to use. Applying oil to those places where fatty tissues are more, will really help to reduce the fat level and make your physique well shaped, beside the benefit of massage itself.

Taking a bath with essential oils can be a wonderful way to relax and feel good. This act can take away food cravings and replace them with calm and a feeling of better health.

Relax yourself in a garden and Have a cup of tea, is another way to reduce stress. Add a tea to your daily meal and it will help you manage stress more effectively.

Some Essential oils have ability to reduce stress level such as: Eucalyptus, Chamomile , Geranium , Orange, Cedarwood and Lavender.You can use them as a single oils or make a blend of them.

Sample of Aromatherapy for stress relief :

  • 5 drops of Chamomile
  • 3 drops of Geranium
  • 5 drops of Lavender
  • 2 drops of Lemon.


To Use: You can put this blend into a warm bath or sauna, in a diffuser, or just put in a spray bottle to use as a room spray that has a bit more power.

For massage you can add 2 drops EACH of Cedar, Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang, and Lavender into 2 ounces of lotion or carrier oil, and enjoy a relaxing massage.

Aromatherapy for stress relief can be a wonderful way to take a break from crazy days and spend a few moments alone. It is often enough to release stress and keep it at bay.
