Aromatherapy and Diabetic problems

I have another question. I am also a type 1 diabetic. Is aromatherapy alright for diabetics? How does it affect blood sugar levels? Can you start to lose weight simply by removing toxins? Thanks.

Hi Miriam,

Essential oils do not affect blood sugar levels one way or the other, so they are safe to use for both diabetics and hypoglycemics.
