Antiviral essential oils are most used today for preventing a lot of sickness. Essential oils have the power to penetrate into our blood stream whilst their aromas have the ability to reach our brain, touching our moods and emotions to achieve truly therapeutic effects.

For the gentler one you can use : Eucalyptus, Lavender, Tea Tree, Bergamot, Clary Sage.
