About the blends recipe for hair growth

by Kim

Hi,

My question is about the blends recipe for hair growth.

2 drops Thyme essential oil ( Thymus vulgaris )
2 drops Atlas cedarwood essential oil ( Cedrus atlantica )
3 drops Lavender essential oil( Lavandula angustifolia )
3 drops Rosemary essential oil ( Rosmarinus officinalis )
3 ml teaspoon Jojoba oil
20 ml Grapeseed oil

It's advised that this recipe should be put in a small glass jar. I'm confused by how much of it I should be using daily. In short, how many days does this blend should last for approximately?
Thank you

My Suggestion

First I like to make correction of that blends.
It should state 3 ml of jojoba oil, NOT 3 ml teaspoon Jojoba oil.

This is the correct recipe:

2 drops (94 mg) Cedarwood
2 drops (88 mg) Thyme
3 drops (114 mg) Rosemary
3 drops (108 mg) Lavender.

Mix this blend in a carrier oil mix of jojoba (3 mL) and grapeseed (20 mL).

How to use it:
Rub the oil into the bare areas of your scalp for two minutes each evening and then to wrap a warm towel around their head to enhance absorption.

So there is no exact how many drops of the blend. It is according to your scalp area. Use this blend until it cover all the area.

Someone used the mixture for approximately 3 months and her patches grew in.

Aromatherapy for Hair Loss

The formula should be used every night. You should only use the amount needed to cover the areas of your scalp where thinning has occurred, without saturating your hair. As long as your scalp has been massaged with the oils you are fine. The amount will vary per person. Usually it is about 1/4 tsp per application. If the formula you are using is highly diluted with carrier oil such as jojoba or grape seed you may need to use more.
