Aromatherapy Bath Recipes:

This aromatherapy bath recipes using Lemon sunshine Fragrance oil which has a smell like pure lemon. If you need a pick-me-up in the midst of a hectic schedule, a rainy day just inject some sunshine into your soul.

What is Bath Bombs ?

Bath Bomb is, a sweet scented mixture of citric acid, baking soda and other ingredients that fizz when you plop them into your tub.

Ingredient :

• 11/2 Cup of Baking Soda
• 1/2 Cup of Citric Acid
• WitchHazel
• ¼ teaspoon Lemon Sunshine Fragrance Oil
• Soap mold Sunflower
• 1/8 teaspoon Powered colourants yellow 5
• Large bowl
• Spoon
• Mist sprayer

Instructions :

1. Blend well baking soda and citric acid. add powder colourants and Stir
2. Add fragrance oil. Drop by drop. If you find the scent too soft, you can drop a litlle bit more until you get the scent you want !
3. Once your material all blended, spritz about 3 or 4 times and stir and spritz and stir, being careful not to over spritz before you stir. If you take too long through this process, your Bath Bombs won't stick together very well. About 10 minutes spritzing and stirring would be fine.
4. Put the blended material into the mould. Press it in hard.
5. Leave the bath bombs in the molds or you may put your bombs into the freezer for 1 hours in the molds to help keep them together then flip the mold over and tap it out. Give it one or two spritz of WhitchHazel again to let the outside of the bath bomb get a little crust on it. It will still be fragile, but this helps a bit in toughening it up.
6. Let your bombs dry at least 4 days in a very dry place. Some of the smaller ones may be ready before this-actually in a day or two. Then you can pack it.

To Use : Drop one into the bath tub after you get in. They will fizz and give off a cloud of scent in your bath while you soak. Relax and have a Wonderful bath!
