Getting your energy back and feeling alive again can be done in small simple steps. Start by simply looking at your day. From morning until night, energy leaks abound. These daily habits may seem perfectly innocent, but over time they impair your body's vitality. Act today and boost your energy levels back up where they belong.
Some basic things that you have to do to renew your energy are :
Always eat breakfast

Workouts
Do at least two weight-training workouts a week. New research suggests regular exercise can increase energy levels even among people suffering from chronic medical conditions such as fatigue.
Exercise will increases strength, speeds up metabolism, enhances mobility, improves posture, and dramatically increases energy.
Do not overwork
Do not overwork yourself. Learn to ask for help. And learn to prioritize! Do not put too much pressure on yourself. You have to make it balance between work and life. By this way you can enjoy your life.

Stress can consume huge amounts of energy. We can't always control the factors in our lives that lead to stress, but we can control how we react to stress and what we do to better equip our bodies and our minds for dealing with stress.
Here are some tips:
- Talking with a friend or relative, joining a support group, or seeing a counselor can all help you to deal with stress.
- Listen to the music. Make yourself relax
- If you're feeling overwhelmed inside the house or stuck at work, try going for a quick walk outside followed by a couple minutes of stretching.
- Get enough sleep. Sleep is critical when it comes to reducing your stress levels.
- Cut down the caffeine. Not only will caffeine affect your sleep habits, it can lead to aggravation, anxiety and irritability. If you're hooked on hot beverages, try herbal tea or sugar-free cocoa instead.
- Delegate tasks. Don't be afraid to ask your children, friends or spouse for help. If you're feeling overwhelmed, call in a favor and give yourself time to focus on tasks that only you can do.
- Saving for the future and making a monthly commitment to sitting down and reviewing your financial status, you'll reduce your financial stress significantly.

Protein:
Protein is digested in the stomach, which is why it is important to have some at every meal. It helps keep you full and provides mid-range energy. Protein can help you stay mentally alert too.
Fat:
The digestion of fat begins in the intestines. Being broken down so late in the digestion game, fat can help you stay fuller for longer. Not to mention it is an essential nutrient vital for vitamin absorption, regulating bodily functions, and keeping body temperature stable. Of course you want to make sure you eat mostly unsaturated fat, because they are the best for you.
Different diets call for different ratios of the macronutrients. A typical diet is generally 60 percent carbs, 30 percent fats, and 10 percent protein, whereas the Zone diet calls for 40 percent carbs, 30 percent fat, and 30 percent protein.
So balance your macronutrients and hopefully your energy will stay balanced as well.
